On 19 September 2026, we gathered in the newly completed Hipodroomi Quarter for a lovely day together. Visitors explored the show apartments, available homes and enjoyed a varied programme.

Phase I
The second phase of Hipodroomi Quarter will introduce two apartment buildings with 71 new homes, bringing fresh energy, distinctive architecture and new life to this evolving neighbourhood.
Designed by KOKO Architects, the buildings complement the first phase while adding a character of their own. The spacious two- to five-room homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the interiors with natural light, while three-metre-high ceilings create an airy sense of space.
